To watch these replay files, unzip them and put them in the folder with the specified emulator. Since all the emulators used here have a GUI, the steps to play them back are simple. Go into the file menu of the emulator you're using and the rest should be self-explanitory. For the sake of convenience, I've also included downloads to the necessary emulators.
